PhotonVPS - VNCViewer - Connection Refused?

    PhotonVPS - VNCViewer - Connection Refused?
    I have been using PhotonVPS for a couple days, no problems

    I wake up this morning to see that I cannot use VNC Viewer

    I get this error
    "unable to connect to host. Connection Refused 10061"

    I have not received an able yet from PhotonVPS regarding this

    What do you guys think this is?

    NOTE: Its a good thing I started botting my guy with magic and 100k alchs xD

    PhotonVPS - VNCViewer - Connection Refused?
    Restart putty and connect then type vncserver if you set it up correctly it should work. Most likely what happened is there server went down for a few minutes
