MW2 modded lobby?

Well I just bought and started playing MW2 on live. Whats the deal with the whole "modded lobby" thing that people sell on this site? Like what does it do?

 

It gets you to 10th Prestiege 70. All the titles, emblems, challenges. It mods your leaderboards too.

 

So it basically unlocks all the goodies/upgrades and everything? And how does it do this? Does it take long?

 

If you get into a lobby. Something will pop up on the screen saying 'Press right on the dpad for instant 70' or something along those lines. You do that, then leave the lobby. Prestiege, and the host should invite you back. You then follow those steps again. It shouldn't take no longer than 5 minutes.

Something also pops up saying 'Press left on the dpad for challenges'. Most lobbies have a progress bar now, so you will see the progress of all the challenges being unlocked. You should just do this on the last prestiege, else you'll lose them when you prestiege.

 

I assume if you just got the game you'd probably want to play a little bit before cheating the whole way. I cheated after a while and it's nowhere near as fun to play because after every game it's the 'Why bother?' mentality.
