I like your layout, its very clear the only problem you have so far is asking that they always pay first. That wont be the case for you joined this month and have 0 vouches. You might have to start out by going first to build trust but other than that i might be interested. Do you have any work you can show?

 

They will see the work before the payment though. i just put a watermark over it and then send them the one without it after they pay.
