Can PP gift payments be reversed ?

Title saying all.

And if its true that gift payments be reversed then is there any way to send money with paypal and cant be reversed.

I made this thread because one guy is thinking im a scammer and he belives im gonna take the money back.

 

All PayPal payments can be reversed via unauthorized trade claims.

Anyone disagree?

 

If they are verifyed via Credit card, they can easily charge back by calling there credit card company for a unauthorzed transacation. And skele, that doesn't work everytime.

 

It will be held and the majority of the time if you can't provide shipping information (virtual items) it will be in the buyers favor.

 

Nope. I'm sure virtual items go to seller's favor as paypal doesn't support virtual items.

Don't use paypal for trading. Your best bet is Western Union or mail

 

Also try moneybookers or liberty reserve.

 

yes it can if the paypal that sent the money is CC funded then all it takes it a phone card to the CC company.
