    Paypal - Need help
    if someone sent $100 to my pp acc #1 then i sent the $100 to my pp acc #2 and i get charged back on pp acc # 1 would it cancel the payment i sent to pp #2

    It would most likely reverse the payment sent to your second account and limit both of your accounts and black list you from PayPal forever.

    Yes it would charge back all the transactions and also black list you on PayPal like Fendle said.

    Not necessarily. If the accounts are logged in from two different IP's, then no. Also, if you own two accounts, make sure one is personal and the other is premium or business. Also remember, you can't use the same phone#, as it goes against paypals TOS.

    Paypal - Need help
    PayPal do chargeback some payments on identical IP address. Best not to do it and just accept the chargeback. Learn from it so you can avoid another similar scenario.
