Deleting recoveries on an RS account?

I am currently in the middle of a trade trying to buy an account for USD. We are running into the problem that all of the guides for deleting recoveries on a RS account are outdated by almost a year and are no longer working. My question is if it is even still possible to delete recoveries? If it is please pm me, or point me in the right direction, if it is not, please still pm me or post here to let me know

I think it's possible, or that might just be changing the recoveries, none the less, it still takes 2 weeks to do so.

From what I understand having control of the recoveries is barely as big of a deal as it used to be. Nowadays just having control of the email registered to the account makes you pretty secure since it's used to change the password and the registered email can't be changed unless you have access to the email account.

The recovery system is messed up now. To delete recoveries you used to have to recover an account as stolen, or simply change them - takes two weeks. If you e-mail them and request a link for manual recovery as your account was stolen, then it would most probably wipe them, as it used to. I can't be sure though, the new system is silly and only let's you recover via e-mail without contacting them.
