Just fyi, the listing for 9.99 has a 9.99 shipping fee, so that's really $20 for it.

I'd say it's worth the $20 he's asking, unless you get it from amazon for $15.96 and free shipping if you buy $9.04 more worth of items.

Edit: It is also $15.96 from Walmart. I think he just lied about paying $30 for it, but still $20 is a decent price from retailers.

 

I bought it at my local game store and the 3 months cost me $29.99 + tax, so I believe it's pretty decent for what I am asking for; still for sale.
