I'm not allowed to guess your guide according to Sythe rules, but anything that isn't "ILLEGAL" in caps but is not "TOTALLY" legal is usually unethical or immoral and requires either an amoral person or a psychopath to perform.
If you are such an person, there are no limits to what you can do to make money.. taking an fake ID to the library, check out some books and sell them is an example... straight out stealing is another one, you catch my drift?
