Gah! Solo Card Failure

Hi,
I got a Lloyds TSB Solo card in October.

I attempted to buy membership with it on the RS website. This is the first time using it online.

First off nothing is marked on the card except the starting/expirey dates.

They say that i need a CVV which is on the signature plate, my card doesn't have one.

There isn't an issue number (there isn't one that is marked...)

I really need membership so i can begin to auto fish sharks and cut mages, but i have no cash im my PP and no credit atm.

Could someone possibly tell me where to find these numbers?
