I have use this method on 3 accounts and it has worked on all of them I can not guarantee this will work 100% but 3/3 so far

~ Requirements ~
- You must have a ban appeal open for it to work on your account
- You must have an perm muted or perm banned account it does not work on black marks or temps
- Your account you want to unmute or unban must have at least a skill in the highscores
- Your account your using this guide on must of had at least 1 funorb or runescape memberships in the past

Mate, only the rule 1 were successes, most of the time you get your appeal accepted for rule one, if you could get a few rule 7 appealed i would be intrested but rule one isn't special sorry

would it work on an account that has never been member? Also, price is kindof high with only 1 success...
