Paypal locked/frozen?

The other day I logged onto my paypal on another person's computer with teamviewer in order to pay for an account upgrade for them, and when i logged back in on my own computer paypal wouldn't let me log-in and said that i had to make a new password. So I went through the form and then i got to the next page where i got this error at the top:



I didn't see this the first time so i continued through as normal, until a page later I got this error:


I then went through the form about another 5 times, and the same thing happened every single time. I e-mailed them about it and said i logged onto my account on someone else's computer and there was no problem, and they responded by saying "we cannot respond directly to e-mails sent from this address".

What is this bullshit?

 

You should never EVER log onto anything via Team Viewer that you wouldn't be comfortable with them having. That being said;

I doubt your account is locked, or frozen. However I'm honestly not sure what happened; you could've been hacked?

 

alright well i trust the guy and i got an e-mail from paypal saying that the account was just logged onto, not attempted hack or anything. if i had been hacked why would paypal let me choose a new password etc.? i just wanna know how i can log on again and how i can use the account, im sure its secure.

 

Clear your cookies, use a different browser.

 

Looks like you're safe, but you should be careful. Once it's locked or frozen, it will be hard to get it back. Paypal is a bitch.

 

I didn't get the first error message but still got the 2nd.

edit: tried it again and got the 1st message again
