paypal question

i heard people said if did the file claim/cancel and bank fund, than the people can't charged back the money anymore. But i just got scammed, I sold ∙Jigsaw∙ a dragon claws for $130 via paypal, and he did all those CC. but yesterday i check my paypal, he charged back the money... anyone know why?

hey people don't sell to this bitch, he's a fucking scammer.... he scammed my dragon claws, charged back from paypal.

 

The only think I can think that he did was that he contacted Paypal by calling them and claiming that he didn't authorize the payment, and got it reversed that way. If you have evidence of providing his service, (AKA selling the D Claws), call up Paypal and see what they can do for you. In the mean time, I would post a Scammer Report in the "Report a Scammer" Section located here. If you have sufficient evidence, then the scammer will be banned. Review the stickies in that section to know what evidence you should and shouldn't post. Good luck.

so if i call paypal my money will get back? It's online game trading, so i don't think there's evidence of providing. I rdy report him at scammer section, on my thread he said i rdy traded him the dragon claws. And i got screenshot of my paypal, is that enough proof?

 

That's not enough proof. You need actual evidence, as if you sent the item you would provide shipping details and tracing numbers, as here you sold digital goods which even if you had a video of the whole trade paypal probably wouldn't do anything just submit your side of the story on the claim and give them a ring to see what else you can do.

 

Just don't use paypal again untill they remove the charge back system.

Was he Credit Card funded or Bank funded?

If he was CC, then he probably called the CC company and told them someone used his CC without his authorization.

Eluveitie-i think he use bank fund, because if CC found i need to clicked accept before he can transfer the money to me...

 

Theres multiple ways for them to do this, one he filed another claim with pay pal saying he didnt do the transaction, two he called pay pal and told them you made him claim and cancel prior to giving him the goods and then neverr sent them so pay pal would charge back, or three he was cc and bank funded so you didnt get the message and then eh got hiss cc to chargeback pick your poison. Paypal is a scam plain and simple.
