Paypal Limited PLEASE HELP ME

so my paypal is blocked with 725$

its in dutch but i can explain


it has no Open Problems

but they need more information about my bills, but i cant seem to contact them though phone. I emailed them but no reply.

Also they reversed all payments i made. it looks weird.

Got a few chargebacks tho

im planning to link my bank account with paypal in the next week, i cant add my card since its maestro and they do not accept it.

anyone that can help me?

Attach a bank account (ASAP). Send a credit statement+your ID/proof of address via email/fax. That should generally do it, if its simply a limitation due to lack of identity proof.

Call their customer support number (log into your paypal > bottom of page > contact us), and describe your predicament, if the above doesn't work.

im 16 years old so i cant send my id.

can attach my bank account in about 2 days.

For some reason i cant connect to them

To be honest, I think you should tell your parents and maybe they can help you and claim the account as their own and withdraw the money for you. You may get in a bit of trouble but it would be worth it for $700+.

 

You must be 18 to use paypal. When you signed up, you would have agreed to their user terms, which stated that.

Now, about your problem. Official documentation wont help, because you're 16. This is unethical, but you can try and call them (when their number works (make sure you're actually calling the right one)) and state that you are going to attach your bank account, and provide a credit statement. They may be willing to lift the limitation.

Isnt there something like when you are under 18 that your parents can give permission?

and would it help if i attached my dads/moms credit card to my paypal account or would that make it worse?

 

You could ask your parents to claim the account as their own because that's the only thing I can think about.

they limited it because i got 4 chargebacks and i sended and recieved 2000$ in one week without a verrifed paypal soo thats mainly why they limited it

okay i just called them and they told me they will look on the 23th of november ( 1 month after my Limit( if i can get my money to my bank account, and how much of it. Not really sure but i will see how it works.

They found my transfers though paypal. Riskfull for paypal or something like that.

im pretty sure my paypal will be limited for longer but they told me how much money i can get back to my bank account.

edit edit : would it make diffrence if i create anorther paypal account?

like wiill they keep my orther blocked then longer , or does it not matter at all?

 

Don't make more accounts, each and every new one you make will simply get permanently limited. Wait out the limitation and keep in constant contact with PayPal.

Why did you make one, after I advised you not to lol. Now getting you're original account unlimited is going be harder.
