Paypal Limited HELP - Under 18

Ok so i've completed all steps (3):

Now all i'm worried is that paypal asks to send id, utility bill etc.
I have €150 in my paypal account. D:

Will i just ring customer service and remain calm and ask to remove limit?
I'm very bad at talking when there is fierce pressure on me.
