Looking to buy a main!

Hello everybody! I *really* want to buy a new main. Here's what I'm looking for.
(Note: The more "requirements" you have on your main, the more I'm willing to pay)

What I'm looking for:
High Mage Level - I really love magic, and having DT and Lunar Diplomacy completed is even better!

Solid Defense Level - I'm tired of 1 defense pures. A good defense level is...well...good

Summoning level - 50+ summoning would be great

Quest Points - The more quests you have done, the better

Agility - Preferably 80+

Runecrafting - Honestly, any level of RC is fine, but it wouldn't be nice to have it at a good level

Not Alot of Money - Kind of wierd, but I don't really need much money. I'd take an account with 1m-30m, anything over that just is kind of overkill for me.
