PayPal Help With claim and cancel?

Thanks for helping.

My problem is.

He sended me money, then he claimed. Now he want's to Cancel hes claim.
But he can't because i have to do something first, but i don't know what.

it should say Closed if it was succesfull.
But it says "awaiting other party's response"

So i have to do somthing right?
Well now i go to, resolution center.
I click on action '' Resolve ''
And i get this

Waiting For Seller's Response
Status Details:
The buyer has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent. Please click Resolve Claim Now to view your options to resolve this issue and how to provide relevant information will help in PayPal’s investigation. We must receive your response by 7 calendar days from case creation in order to include your input in our investigation.

The Dispute History Log displays all actions related to your claim.
Date Actor Action Details
22 Oct. 2008 PayPal Email sent to seller
22 Oct. 2008 PayPal Email sent to buyer
22 Oct. 2008 Buyer Temporary hold placed on funds until case is resolved
22 Oct. 2008 Buyer Unauthorized Case Initiated

and it say's Resolve claim now and return to resolution center.

When i click on resolve claim now, i get this.



So my question is, what do i need to do correctly to make this claim & cancel done?

You don't have to do anything.

He just has to cancel the claim.

Hence the phrase claim and cancel.

 

The person claiming and cancelling does everything, you just wait.
