PAYPAL help ASAP

ok so guys i made a paypal account and registerd my bank account to it i transfers 368 dollars or soemthing like that to it and now it wont let me use it or put it back in my bank its saying something about a credit card? but i dont have one its confusing me bad would be nice if someone can help !

Best way is to call paypal customer service and see if you can work it out with them.

My paypal is fully verified and I don't have a credit card.

Unfortunately the only way to unlimit your PayPal is by fiilling the steps PayPal leave for you. You should see them when you login. If you can't complete them, i believe after 90 days you will be allowed to withdraw your money back to your bank.

Maybe it's six months. Tried giving PayPal a call?

 

If all you did was transfer the money from your bank to your paypal they can't do anything with it ... It's not suspicious or anything.
Phone them up and ask what's going on.

 

its not suspicious but tis annoying they locked my account and wont let me take the money out or spend it its honestly pissing me off

well what i reckon is

you registered with a different paypal account name to your bank accounts name

e.g. your real name is John Smith and thats whats on your bank acc but you registered with Jim Smith on your paypal account or something like that

 

This is possible, or you or someone else accessed the account from a different I.P. Like I said before, call them. It's the best and easiest way.

 

well its in my dads paypal his paypal is "ken" but his real name is "kennith" im not sure if that works?

 

That could be it. Try changing it in the options and see what happens?

 

What did they say when you phoned them?

 

i havent been to my dads yet when i go over il try doing that with him
