I got scammed on sythe by sending money via friends and family. I disputed but lost.

So I was buying gift cards on this forum and someone told me they would sell me a 100 dollar ebay gift card. I paid via friends and family and he gave me fake codes that did not work. I have proof of the whole chat, and I got him banned on sythe. I went to try and get my money back by disputing as unauthorized claim bc that is the only way to dispute if you pay by friends and family. I lost that dispute bc I guess they checked my IP address when I paid.

What should I do to get my 65 dollars back? Should I call PayPal or my bank or what? I know paying via friends and family for goods/services is prohibited on PayPal after reading more about it. But this kid stole hard earned money from me :/.

What is the quickest and easiest way to get my money back if possible?

Call paypal and ask to re-open the dispute.

If you paid from your card or bank account you can contact them and charge back that way.
