Paypal dispute help.

A prick just chargedback 50 usd. Should i just refund him as soon as possible to prevent an investigation? Because i dont have proof of virtual goods being sent to him which was GP and he sent it as a gift aswell.

 

If you have screenshots of the MSN chat you can upload those and send them to paypal, I've done it before and they cancelled the charge. But it must say that he received the item and he sent the money to you.

 

I just refunded him. I didnt have a choice because i didnt take a picture of the conversation or his post on my thread.basically he slid under my eye and managed to pull one off.

big shame.

ive just withdrawn 2k from my paypal just incase it gets limited. fingers crossed it wont get cancelled.
