Explanation of the trade: Filing this report on behalf of a friend. He was uncertain what to do so i suggested that the scammer at minimum be exposed on Sythe.
Essentially Eric Li wanted to have 1-99 Agility completed on a fresh level 3 account to start out on his OSRS adventures, the servicer offering the services quoted him 812m to hand train the skill. Eric arranged the payment via Eldorado and paid Milan directly for the service from the gold seller to mitigate RWT bans. Once the order was paid for Milan started the service and eventually started to slow down more and more coming up with excuses about PvM Bingo and having real life issues. Eric was extremely understanding and it eventually got to the point where Milan just flat out ghosted the lad after getting Eric 3,184,246xp ( lvl 84 ). Sold his graceful back and took all the MOG from the account as well except 7 marks, i've posted screenshot from Milan acknowledging he got Eric graceful.
How they scammed: Offered a service, completed less than half the service, refused to complete the service.

Staff I was able to get more information on this individual.
After posting this report I’ve had one other person come to me reporting he had been scammed after buying an account from the same user.
Fairly trusted user in a big server but it happened so long ago so not much to go on.

Hopeful you can find a match on Sythe.

At minimum I’d like you to either finish Eric’s order or refund him the amount of gold that’s left on the order.

No matter the circumstances you have no right scamming another individual because you’re having issues irl or you’re depressed.
It took me literally 12 hours to figure out who you are that led Yoshiki to finding a match on Sythe.
Have some decency and refund Eric the remaining amount of money left for this service.
