How much RSGP were you thinking would cover this?

 

First page says that 63-99 hunter = 35$, since i only have 60 hunter ill pay a bit more, like 40 or 43$ or so.
So, how was thinking to convert that price into Rsgp.
How much is 1mil worth right now? 3$? 3.5$?
