Gold selling questions[BitCoin, Skrill]

Hello,

I have a bunch of questions about selling gold to random people, that you dont trust 100%.

As i am aware PayPal transactions can be reversed at will.Most of sellers take an ID of un-trusted buyer, my question is, how much does an ID help in case of a chargeback?If i am to accept paypal, should i accept only a verified one, plus ID?

The next thing that i am concern is Skrill(money bookers).I heard that its much safer than PayPal.Do you have any advice using Skrill.I have never used it before.Do i need to verify myself , in order to get the most out of it in case of a chargeback.How is accepting money from unvarified users?

The last thing that i would like to ask about is BitCoin.Are there any scams to it?How the hell do i cash BC out?How do sellers decide rates of gp to bitcoin to dollar?

TO sum all questions up:

one more thing about skrill.I choose Euros as my currency, because i am from Europe and its my ongoing currency, however i was wondering maybe i would benefit more from selecting dollars, since most of the trades in gp comes in it.

Make sure that you get a note that its for virtual goods when you receive a Paypal payment. PP doesn’t refund buyers for disputes on virtual items too often so it leaves them with only charging back saying the payment is unauthorized. If you have their ID, its going to be pretty hard for them to claim it was unauthorized. You won’t win 100% of disputes, but it helps a lot. Plus asking for ID makes sure that the Paypal account hasn’t been hacked, and they’re comfortable showing their name and address. Most people that want to rip you off wouldn’t show their face. But keep in mind unless you have a website people will be weary about showing ID. You can take steps like limiting the amount you sell to a certain person or suggesting another payment method.

Skrill is better, less chargebacks but less people have it. And the chargebacks are easier to win. Its worth offering.
Bitcoin is 100% secure, no chargebacks. Once its in your wallet it can never be charged back. You can sell your bitcoin to users here on sythe or use a website like circle.com or coinbase.com

 

1. It doesn't help in a dispute because PayPal ignore that type of evidence, it does help a lot in been able to tell if the buyer is legit or not because a fake / scam buyer cannot produce ID proof.
2. Skrill is very secure, but not a lot of people use it and you can still get a chargeback but it is very very rare.
3. Cashing out bitcoins can be easily done by LocalBTC, there are no scams from it aslong as you use a verified service and be sensible.

Verified doesn't make much of a difference compared to unverified if you can verify their identity. At the same time, having the ID doesn't make much of a difference unless you're willing to do something with it. I've filed police reports and called up surprised (and soon embarrassed) parents.
