What I do:
You give me any account's username and password (yes, even level 3's fresh off the tutorial boat). Within a couple days, I'll make over 100k on them. Obviously, I'll have no need to change your pass, so you can take your money and walk. Additionally, you'll gain some levels.

Why you should consider this:
If you want to start an account, do you really want to have zero money?

Why I'm doing this:
Because I want vouches, and want to cultivate friendships.

To order some farming:
Post your MSN, how much gold you want (I'm not gonna get you over 500k)
If I'm not on sythe when you post, don't freak out. First come, first served.
