Is payment given before or after completion?

 

Typically character processing begins after payment is received in full. I'm aware I'm new to these forums, so I have no problem possibly going first, or receiving partial payment at the beginning, and rest at completion to establish a localized reputation. Granted, I would much rather take this approach for smaller orders, I am fairly flexible all around with services and payment.
