The sender can file an "unauthroized" claim.
When you file a claim, there is an item dispute and an unauthorized dispute option. Basically they say someone hacked their Paypal.

Plus, they raise suspicion to Paypal. If you're selling small amounts it won't matter, but when you get into the couple hundreds and you're new often they will HOLD the gift payments to prove their legitimacy or even put a Limitation on your account.

To be honest, I am glad that I can still file a dispute. I have filed said dispute a few days ago because Blackbrook took my 70USD and did not give me the product.

Frankly, it was my fault in the first place because I went first; however, hopefully Paypal rules in my favor. I understand that legitimate sellers have reason to worry about chargebacks but they protect a lot of buyers as well.

It may be favourable too buyers, but too sellers (Like myself) It is a pain. I've already been scammed $20.
