This is ONE OF THE MOST ADVANCED TRICK ON A SKATEBAORD

This trick looks similar to a kickflip except the board spins on its axis. In english, that means it's a kickflip with a 360 pop shuvit.

    To tre flip you must:

Be very comfortable on a skateboard.

    Be able to kick flip.

    Be able to pop shuvit.

It's quite helpful if you know how to 360 pop shuvit, but it's not a requirement.

    Foot placement:

For this trick, your feet are in a rather awkward positioning. Put your front foot behind your front truck's bolts. You want this foot at an angle. It's going to be pretty far back on the board, but that's OK. Your back foot should be so that the ball of your foot is nestled in comfortably in the little dip right before your tail goes up, on the toe-edge side of the board.

Tbh, i like to hang my feet over the board, but that's just my preference. Once you are comfortable with this feet positioning, you can start the tre flip!

This is called the flip scoop and flip. It is a bit easier to practice this trick off of a ledge. Once you have a place in mind, get some speed going and get your feet into position. Now, you want to pop the board, similar to any old ollie or kickflip, except that you want to scoop down and back with your back foot. This is the key to 360 flips - this scoop. So, as you pop the board, push down and back with the ball of your back foot. With your front foot, flick the board like you would do for a kickflip. Don't flick it too hard, and don't really even worry about it too much. If you have your kickflips dialed in, like you should before tackling 360 flips, then the front foot should come naturally. Just flick it.

The hardest part is to scoop the tail and flick the nose at the same time... You want it all in 1 motion.

    Now for the landing...

After the pop, the scoop and the flick you want to get your feet out of the way. Pull them up a few inches above the board, giving the board space to flip and spin.

This trick is an easy way to get hurt. If you are EMO and need an alternative to slitting your wrists, i recommend this.

    Nah just kidding.

    That's it!

What helps me is, just keeping my foot in kickflip position, and not doing anything with it
and just using all back foot.

Ahh, the good ol days of skateboarding. I always got the flip right, it was the 360 I had trouble with. I would always end up with like a 300 turn perfectly landed.
