    It's going to be pretty hard getting RSGP now. With the updates and all, you're only going to be able to get 3K out of a trade.

    You're actually wrong. It's in effect now. Most accounts are restricted and if you try to trade with an account that is restricted even though yours isn't, you still won't be able to make the trade.
