Paypal are scammers :P

Basically I had a PP account for AGES. One guy I started selling gold to put it as service. Then hell. They blocked sending/receiving of payments to investigate his payment, he never reversed it, nothing. Then wanted proof of delivery ect ect, idk wth it was on about, but I couldn't provide it, they never reply to emails. So had some money lost there. Was dumb and make a new PP with name as Jam Pins. Sold 600m to Arcus, paid, limited. FML. So one account is verified one is random... just wandering if its possible for me to get the random one back? Limited for same reason, investigating, they want proof of everything, me, bank ect, but that's on my other account. Wouldn't mind getting the cash for the 600m back - suggestions please!
