    i just sent a payment to a customer and something weird happened

    does this mean his paypal will get limited? my paypal get limited? or will it just sort its self out

    Happened to me a number of times, you can email/call PayPal and they will sort it. Sometimes they do this and may require additional information about what the transaction is about.

    Its a problem on his part. He most likely has a dodgy paypal account.

    His PayPal might be new, and your sending him a large payment so PayPal might need to look at it to see if it is legit or not. His PayPal could get limited, but if his PayPal is legit he will be able to get it unlimited.
