paypal and player auction help plz

okay i cant remove my credit card from paypal because 4 orders says pending but on player auctions says failed. because i couldnt pay for it which was over my balance so i end up buying later on but for 45 bucks instead of 48 bucks.

how can i delete the pending shit and add my new card?

 

Make sure you have cancelled all of your orders on PA. Once that is done it may take a day or 2 for them to actually refund you the money thus clearing the pending status. If it is a weekend you have to wait until after the weekend to get a refund.
