Paypal/Alertpay Info

If I wanted to protect my identity, it's obviously legal to make a fake paypal name, but including legitimate info and such (address etc). However, I just don't want all of these companies to have my address and information.

So is there any way I can legally be allowed to receive payments on an alterpay or paypal account through sites like bee4.biz or all those other payment for referral sites without giving them my info? And if I can do that, am I allowed to not include my address and such when creating paypal/alertpay accounts? I just want to protect my identity and information is all.

i dont get the point of it, its just going to make it a lot harder for you to get verified as you have to provide bank details or credit card in which they send you a letter with a code on it to verify account. You can apparently verify with some online bank kind of thing not sure how that works though.

 

any other opinions?
