How to remove recovery questions?

I'm sure this question gets asked quite often, but the search function is apparently temporarily disabled.

Does anyone have any current guides on how to do so? I used to have a few guides bookmarked, but those are a few years old I believe.

A few others questions, if you don't mind:

I currently don't have an e-mail linked to my account.
- Is it possible to remove it afterwards if I was to follow that guide and add one?

If not...
- Is it easier to sell an account with a registered e-mail address or one with recovery questions?

I believe you can remove the email that way. At least I'm pretty sure.

And most people would prefer the recovery questions were moved over the email, but it depends.
