Starting a RuneScape Account Making Service - Tutorial/Lvl 3's/GE

I am starting a service where you tell me some names and I'll create the account and complete the tutorial and leave the account at the GE. I will charge really cheap for this and I hope it will help people out who just can't be bothered completing the tutorial and the Grand Exchange tutorial. I can also get a starting 1k for the account if needed. Add my MSN to discuss
