Summoning pure

So I have my Korasi sword pure, 80 attack (raised over 78 if i ever go for chaotic), 80 str, 80 mage, 10 def and 55 summ (Current 81 cb with summ).

I'm wonderinf if I should raise my summoning more? And if I do what level would I have to raise it to in order to see a decent return.

It wouldn't be that helpful unless you get 80+ summoning. Personally I wouldn't get it unless you can get at least the titans, other wise it will just raise your combat level to high and not give you enough bonuses.

Get 94-99 magic instead of summoning.

 

57 summoning is always useful.

68 summoning = bunyip which is pretty good
And tortoise is somewhere around that level too, like 67.

Personally I think that if you have enough charms for a new familiar that you want, then get it, otherwise just keep collecting charms. I myself am 88 summoning now on my 70 def acc and it's pretty cool and has never affected me negatively.

 

Get a yak

 

If your up for collecting tons of charms then you should go for the yak.

if you can spare the money, raising summoning never hurts. i would recommend getting Bunyip (+War Tort) both are VERY useful for training/pking.

 

Thanks lads, I always thought if you didnt carry any summoning items with you into pvp it didn't raise your cb level (which would be the case untill I get summoning high enough to use it). How is SW for getting charms?

I think maxing out your range/high range/str would be the best thing to do.

At mid-high 80s cb, 99 range 99 str you'd hit 270s with god arrows+msb and korasi sword spec of anywhere between 170-550 (50-150% of normal hit).
In +0 worlds this would wreck kids, add in a combo breaking weapon like barrelchest anchor after the korasi spec.

In +1 worlds though this would shine. Msb->korasi spec->ags spec.
Hypothetical 270->550->630.

All the summoning pures I see are tanks, how do str summoning puers go?

 

The only real use would be for bring a BoB like a War Tortoise when your target is being lame in a PvP scenario. Even then, it is not that much of an advantage.

It would not be much help and could even be a disservice if you decide to go multi with only your familiar and yourself.

 

I want to know how you got korasi's sword with those stats. I saw a vid on youtube of a maxed 10 def pure, and he struggled to beat the pure. It took him 5 tries, so I am curious how many tries it took you.
