405$ for rsgp

Hi, I was on other forums and was trying to buy rsgp and someone told me about this site...I really don't know anything about this site yet so don't use language that relates to these threads because i wont really understand.

I have 405$ on a paypal account that I will be using to buy rsgp, The trade will either be done on this friday or next monday because the of the rules of paypal or some shit.

Post the ratios from money to runescape gp.

Question: is there any mediators or people that can help me not get scammed.
If not nomatter what happens i wont give first, I would like to trade in little amounts at a time so that nobody gets jacked.
