Cash cream/Greek ban evader

He says he is brand new to the site, but knows who cash cream is by name? Unless he went digging into archived posts, then how would he know the name?

Additionally, althogh he was finally smart enough to change his email and thread layout, it is still extremely similiar. A IP check against both banned accounts might reveal otherwise?
