Here's the deal guys. I'm wanting to run smooth lobbys, so this is what I came up with. $15 to get in my lobby period, no $5 to get challenges, no $5 + 500 headshots. $15 or no deal, don't ask me to take MSP's, gold cards or anything.

In my lobby you will get 5,000 Kills per kill and 1,000,000 Score per kill. You can also get challenges and 10th prestige from this lobby as well.
