[RESOLVED] - Scammed me for $310 - Seriously sad kid. Stepping on others

I have trusted c0ngs previously before. He used to watch on Skype streams when I did big stakes. So back to the matter, I had no internet at home other than my 4G internet on my phone. I had an account sale and needed someone I could trust to collect the GP (155M). C0ngs was one of the few online at the time who could do so.
He collected the GP without any issues. Proof he collected 155M

I went onto tell c0ngs to stake the 155M for me. He lined up a stake with Video, for the 155M v $155BTC. (PLEASE NOTE I HIGHLY BELIEVE C0NGS AND VIDEO ARE CLOSE FRIENDS, THE FOLLOWING STAKES WILL DENOTE WHY I HAVE THIS STANCE) It is evident this is the matter.

C0ngs won the first fight for me. Great I am up $155 at this point. He staked like it was meant to be done (using flick/deflect only)

We did another rematch for 155M... This is where c0ngs turned into a sour scamming fuck. He kept the fight on lash and didn't flick or deflect. All established stakers know flick and deflect should only be used due to the odds it provides. Never use lash.

Odds is everything when staking, c0ngs knew exactly what he was doing when he done this. When I co fronted him into why he did this his reply was

The third fight was for another 155M, this was the worst of all 3. The cunt left it on deflect the whole fight and was doing retarded shit instead of flick/deflect. He even said he didn't flick here

So as in his own words a 'veteran' staker has purposefully given odds to his friend video. Who Imo was in on this too. He acted with gross negligence and has made me lose my $310.

C0ngs, I know you will say I didn't tell you to flick or deflect on the 2nd fight. Who the fuck told you to keep it on lash? You should have asked me, just like you asked me if you wanted to mis ticks for the PID. You know odds is everything in staking. You sell odd stakers with shitter stats for higher prices than your maxed mains. Did I instruct you to remove the whip on the first fight and troll him? No. You could have lost me the first fight by doing that retarded shit

Very clear you suck his dick or you wouldn't have done this. This institutes scamming, he gave odds to video on purpose by doing what he did. He made me lose by acting with gross negligence to say the least.

I'v lost 900M + in one stake in front of c0ngs and @Willie I didn't flip out as much like I did yesterday over 155M.
Why? Being scammed by someone you put your trust is the worst feeling ever. I am infuriated that this has happened.

Some other info that might be relevant.

C0ngs and video both say 'wow' when I said I wanted to walk after the first stake. I believe they were in on this together. Which I did eventually, this is why he outright fucked me because he knew I would have walked after that fight if I had won)

Funny how c0ngs had video get to fight me straight away. This is all very corrupt to the core and is not acceptable at all. I will most likely flip out when I see c0ngs and video reply to this report, tramps stepping on me when I'm trying to come up. Clearly needed that 310M more than me.

 

The styles make a huge difference, all stakers know this so I really think you shouldn't be replying to this. Odds is everything. Why do Bookies never go broke? They have odds. Why do kids fight odd stakers? They have odds.
He knew what he was doing. You can clearly see from the advice he gives to me... why the doesn't he use it himself?
This report isn't false, I am not upset at all I lost my Gp, I've lost bills tbh and this is nothing in comparison. I am angry at what he knowingly done. I've put 100's of mills into c0ngs pockets and he cheated me. This is TWC worthy 100% imo. Pls let mods just deal with this.

I feel like your basing your entire report on the fact that you're cleaned and have something I like to call "stakers remorse" an example of this would be "buyers remorse" which you also had after buying my 2K total

Lash has +1 acc +1 str +1def,

Flick has +3acc
Deflect has +3def

You lost the second stake by 37HP, I highly doubt +1 acc or +1 def would've mattered.

you told me not to wait for half a hit, so I just kept it on deflect, before the fight, i even told you if you wanted me to not wait half ah it there's no point in switching.

You were watching it live & saw gyazo crash live, I'm not sure what you want me to do about a program that malfunctions if anything the burdon of proof lies on your hands.

If you're so into the odds, why not make me wait half a hit if I don't have pid, that alone is worht more odds then lash itself gives.

Anyone that has ever done a stream/screenshare while staking for me can attest that I am a fucking asshole when it comes to leaving, I have no issue in telling people to chuck it all. It's not my fault if they listen.

I was doing a middleman for @video when You pmed me, afterwards he wanted to buy 160M and you wanted to stake 155M.

It's a difference of +1 acc or +1 defence depending if u flick or deflect, not +2

The reason You lost the second fight is because you had 0 hp and video had 37 hp

 

There currently isn't enough for a decision to go your way but I want to ask you a question.

After the second fight did you question him about his attack styles? You said in the second fight he wasn't using the attacks styles you wanted so did you question him about what he was doing after the second fight?

Logically if you weren't happy then you would have told him exactly what he should have done before the 3rd fight was about to start?

 

He did say I wasn't supposed to use lash anymore so I started using deflect instead. as he himself stated in his OP

Switching litterally adds no odds if you don't wait half a hit if it's not your pid so it's litterally irrelevant. If you say it does add odds I would like to see you show me the math you're using to find these results.

Keep in mind that Video had pid the last fight.
