Well, my friend does. Basically it's a few excerses he said that are pretty quick and easy to do, he would do them himself but he said he won't have time to do it all. Some excersises would require a bit of research, but answers aren't hard to find.

So if anyone has free time and has got half a decent education, add me asap. He will be paying in rsgp.
