Everytime i try to buy membership with paypal i get:

has been happening for a day now, any troubleshooting?

i contacted, it was no help.

i get this message too. my account is 100% verified. maybe something is wrong with their side.

 

I made another account member with an unverified paypal :\
before.

i have 700 spending limit since it's canadian..

 

No, they require 100% verified now. It's brand new.

 

They need verified paypals depending on which how many months you buy.

This happened to me too, i bought around 4 pins this month with paypal and now all of a sudden i cant buy anymore pins :/ please help

 

Had 2 pay with sms i bougth over 50membership with my paypal and wasnt working this morning. Kinda bullshit.

Customer support says my Business paypal and my own were apparently 'not passing automatic security checks'.

 

Why don't you pay with credit card kids?

 

I used a debit, and a credit card. They still say payment failure. They both have a positive balance and are in fine condition, etc.

 

It's there side, they cancelled mine with my bank card, i'm still waiting to get my money back, it's been 6 days. my bank sent the money and jagex cancelled or my bank did, so now i'm missing 5.95 from my bank >.>

 

I remember I used to have this problem. I tried it over and over and kept getting a failed payment. I just had to wait it off for a couple of days because it was their fault with their payment system when I contacted them. Just contact them.

yea its the verification. Id say just buy mem off a trusted user on the site here.

 

What does 100% verified mean? I'm verified with bank account but had troubles before too, not sure about now but will try soon.

 

Try changing countries. For me, I receive this message when I try to buy membership with my paypal when it's USA. But when I buy from my origin country (New Zealand), it lets me purchase. Perhaps this is your issue?

 

If it doesn't work just buy it off sythe or something.

 

No you don't, you can pay via unverified paypal, but can't do recurring payments.

Maybe you upgraded more than 3 accounts with the same PP account?
