Selling a okay RWT Method

Requirements:
Its 4 gp lost for every 100 gp transferred.
Its F2p/P2p.

Its not newts, but VERY similar.
Its not that worthwhile to get verified, its just a simple method that is probably best compared to what newts use to be.
