paying someone to change ip

I want to change my computers ip adress whitout using a vpn,

If you have a dynamic IP you should just be able to unplug your router for about 5-10 minutes for your IP to change. Its most likely going to come back on the same dynamic subnet but it will be different.

If you want to change your IP for good you'll need to get a static IP or something from your ISP.
