In August 2011, my PayPal account was limited due to the reason 'PayPal would like to know more about you'.

In the Resolution Center, it simply states that I must add a bank account or credit card to resolve this limitation. In other words, I believe that all I must do is verify my PayPal account in order to resolve the limitation.

The PayPal account has around $172 USD on it, and I will be willing to pay someone a fee if they are able to verify the account and remove the limitation from it.

If anyone can do this, do not hesitate in PMing me your MSN and we can talk further on there.

Hopefully someone can help me restore my account back to normal
