[Paying] For a basic program to be made for me

What I basically require in a nutshell..

Essentially it's an auto-switcher
"Auto-switchers are kaput!" you might say, but this isn't the case.

With a certain 'delay' of around 35ms it can work quite well !
But one of the problems you'll find with delay, is that if you interact
with the mouse whilst the 'script' you've set is in action. It will
interfere and ruin what you're trying to switch.

The things I will require with the product I purchase is;

-Delay (35-50ms).
-Hotkey to initiate script.
-Restore mouse position ( after script ).
-Mouse Record ( to record my script ).
-Kill user mouse input ( whilst script is in use, MOST important one ).
-Ability to save\load scripts.
-1 client = 1 script so ability to load several clients with different set hotkeys and different scripts.

If somebody can create this for me, I'm willing to pay ! Though I do request it isn't released to the public without my consent.

Is a Simba script alright?
