Advice on 138 combat for cheap?

I've always wanted to get to combat 138 on my account.

Budget: 40M


Skills i need to get for cheap
92 Herblore
95 Prayer
96 summoning

Any way to get it? I'm don't mind if it takes a while. I just need a way to get the skills for cheap no matter what i have to do for it.

I'll probably get 99 defense farming charms off Ghouls.

Goals i have achieved since i took the screenshot:

 

killing goblins and burying the bones = free prayer xp.

 

No thanks, i think i'll do SW or bury bones at the chaos temple for XP.

 

train slayer
train defence on the slayer tasks
keep all drops/charms
sell drops for prayer and charms for summoning

 

You can clean herbs for exp for 92 herb. kind of slow but it works. Try to save supplies for double exp/weekend if your thinking that much of longterm.

 

Do slayer, keep all drops/charms. Also try to do some frosts drags on foreign worlds for some cash (maybe). 95 prayer at Soul Wars. You could also train on waterfiends for 99 def and get a good amount of charms while doing it. You probably have a chaotic maul, so that would be a good there.

 

If you don't already have yourself a chaotic maul get that and then get yourself a waterfiend script and let that sob run until you have what 30k crimson charms? 99 sum congratz you're a beast.

 

95 prayer with dragon bones cost me 87M from 72 prayer.
I just finished my prayer today.

 

I would use a chaotic weapon and do either slayer, or bot WF's.
To get 96 summoning and 95 pray and 92 herblore.. Im sorry.
Its going to cost A LOT more than 40m.

 

Do slayer and keep the loots for money to buy summoning supplies or bones
You really need prayer up btw.

 

Unfortunately all 3 skills you listed that you want to level for cheap are pretty much the most expensive skills in Runescape. There are cheap methods to train those skills (although they might be more time consuming if you want to cut corners and save cash) but you will still need ALOT more than 40M. You should try swinging by the marketplace to buy some GP, or explore legit ways ingame to earn the gold you need while you come up with a plan to train your skills up in the meantime.

I really can't see where your going to pull the money out for prayer, summon and herb. The only suggestion I could give is to kill green dragons for bones and hide, use the bones for prayer and sell the hides to fund summoning and herb. You could also try flipping with the 40m you have while killing dragons. Best of luck with the account.

I doubt you can become a 138 with 40m budget, Prayer and Summoning alone will cost you 250m+

 

For prayer buy a ton of regular bones. Set up arte prayer so it goes to my house so you can use a gilded altar

Summoning go to waterfiends and kill them. Collect the charms for summoning (to 88 is about 13500 crimsons) at 88 turn unicorn pouches into scrolls (you profit) make 4.63m scrolls and sell them. That should have made you at least a hundred mil.

Now go do herblore! You should have enough for 99

 

I would do, get an soulwars bot and let him do it for you .

 

What I would do would be get a bonecrusher, and get maybe a slayer bot, or slay yourself, and do slayer for GP. Pickup all the charms. Use the money you gain on grimy herbs, and clean them, and resell. The reason you should do this when you have more money is that you will waste a lot of time otherwise, since you can clean 1k herbs in like 10 minutes with mousekeys. Once you're at your desired herb level, use the remaining money on prayer. Use either Big bones, or Dragon bones, since I believe these are both reasonable xp per hour and not that expensive.
