Paying 1600 MS PTS + RS ACCOUNT for boost

I've had 2 people try and not achieve it and I'm talking to 1 guy. I just want a 50 in whatever playlist you can get a 50 in. Im 20 in dubs, 39 in Team Slayer.

add my msn and don't bother if you can't get it to 50. I need it within a week. Also prove to me that you can get it to a 50 on this thread. Don't post if you're not interested. The account is 75 Attack 90 Strength 45 defense, it has recovs but I can arrange to an official MM can set HIS recovs on it and then give it to you after 14 days. I do not know the recovs as I don't play runescape. I'm willing to take whatever steps this is to make it a safe trade just send me a pm or add me thanks.
