PAY PAL (Yes another one)

Ok so I went to wall mart to buy a Money Pak (Green Dot) card, when I got home, i registered to paypal as a premier (Person who buys & sells online), and I've added the 20 dollars to my account. The account isn't verified because idiotically my mom doesn't want to make me one.

1.) Would I still be able to buy things on sythe?

2.) Also would i be able to buy from websites? Besides individuals i'm doing business with online. Such as a website i have to pay for VIP, or something like that...Just a example.

Hmm, hold on Cosrob, im actually interested in this. If i bought a moneypak, that would up my currently 0 dollar sending limited since im non-verified.

Good, by the way, I didn't list i was from canada or australia..I read a story about a guy who did it, and he said he started having problems, since he entered in fake information..=(

Yes but you may want to consider buying a Virtual Bank Account to verify it. (I've seen someone legit selling them here for ~8$)
