Unwrongful Ban on Returning Member

I came back on the forum shortly after it was down for a short while(if I do recall correctly); was looking to trade a bit here and become an active poster again now that I have more free time. Please email me or post in here with what exactly was done because i'm surely puzzled, I just figured because I haven't posted for awhile is the reason for the ban. I would've tried logging in, but it seems like I can't recover a password if the account has been banned from the looks of it and my former password doesn't seem to work and i've already failed attempts.

This is the only thread I can find that apparently accuses me of scamming someone; yet I have never had contact with either user as far as i'm aware(and an admin can feel free to verify) not to mention I've noted numerous times on my thread that I don't even play runescape so not sure how i'm going to be able to scam someone on a game I have never touched.
