Password on a phone

Hey everyone, i have a question my friend commit suicide a few days back and he had some kind of drioid. and it has that password lock on it where you make a design with the dots....Well we want to be able to get in his phone and look for signs or things that led up to it...But we dont know the password. And verison said that the only way to get the password off is to do a hard re-set on the phone but in that case they will lose everything on the phone :/ so....
can't they just call verison and have them give us the information on the account, like messages sent messsages recieved ect? because i know they can do that, so i mean were looking for the info on the phone but, why look for the phone when we can just get it from them rite?

 

It is not like Verizon would just release that information, maybe with the death act? But I doubt it.

Best would be to hire a hacker.

 

Either find someone with a hack crack or just sit there and try it yourself I suppose:/

Death act? it's not an act he's actually dead. And his dad wants to be able to go thrue his phone but it has the password on it. And verison should be able to give his parents that info.
