Scammed by Viral for 285M Osrs GP

Explanation of the trade: I bought access to RsAutoswitcher for 285m and now I keep getting banned from the Discord for no reason, this guy (Viral) made his own switcher from a perfect switcher into a shit switcher, he keeps banning me and kicking me from the discord and does not want to refund me.

How they scammed: banned me from the Rsautoswitcher discord multiple times, this person is very shady and shouldn't be trusted, I originally paid Root who is partnered with Viral, but Viral and Root came into a situation and Viral made Root leave the company, now Root is threatening to Sue Viral for kicking him out of the company, so Viral still owns the company and he's responsible for refunding me.

So in these screenshots, I paid root a bit of the full payment of 285M, which he told me I had 1 month to completely pay, so i paid him half and paid him the rest a week later and got lifetime access,




All I want is my 285m OSGP back.

So I do still have lifetime access, but i keep getting banned from the Discord server, Viral calls me a scum, a pathethic twig and accuses me of multiple things, has also blocked me many times in the past, kicked me and banned me in the past as well, and now he's just doing it all over again and since the Discord server is basically where you get to know when a update is pushed, get to get helped with the program, talk with others, learn how to fix certain bugs that come up with RAS, so basically i can't do anything beside look at the website and download, change presets and that's all i can do.

simple short;
i dont have access to the discord server, he has banned me from the discord server and kicked me in the past as well and is doing it now too, as you can see on my screenshots he also said he wouldn't be bringing me back in and nor would he refund me anything.

All I want from him is my 285m back.

 

The sale is final since he agreed to our TOS and Disclaimer on our website. I have log records showing he has used my software since April 24 2018.

I had multiple users on my discord complain about @Heulix. He was banned from our discord multiple times from my staff because of his lack of respect for others and his persistent annoyance. He threatened to shut down our discord and report me on here because he got banned and I simply just asked him to follow the processes we have put in place on our server. Which that was to fill out a appeal and have us review it. Our server just so happen to get shut down on the 6th.

I would show you all the messages but I no longer have access to any of my stuff.

Now at this point in time he has full access to the software. I am not selling him a community. I sold him software that he has been using since April 2018. I even have a record of him using it today.

Yes I did call him scum, and a pathetic twig. I would say it again. He shut down our server by spamming the discord requests. He acts like a little kid and frankly is a ticking time bomb. I mean hell he has Trade With Caution.

Anyways sorry for it taking so long to get back. I have been very busy with business outside of Sythe. Since our discord went down it has been very hectic.

 

@Heulix - You purchased access to software and this does not include the discord server. You are still free to seek support and update information via their website livechat. This is not a legitimate reason for a refund.
